Jordan Angel has been with the Barry Slatt Mortgage Company since 2005 and has assisted in the origination of over a billion dollars of commercial real estate financing.   Jordan has negotiated various loan structures including long term fixed rate, short term acquisition, hard money, construction, joint venture, bridge, and mezzanine financing with a wide variety of lenders on all commercial property types. Jordan graduated from The University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science / Economics.  Jordan was elected to the future leaders program for the California Mortgage Bankers Association for 2007 and is currently an active member of the following trade organizations: NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), SF|REX (San Francisco Real Estate Exchange), BAMA (Bay Area Mortgage Association), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and MBA (National Mortgage Bankers Association. Jordan maintains ongoing relationships with a wide variety of lenders, lawyers, brokers, and investors to remain on top of changing market conditions and best serve his clients’ commercial financing needs.  Please email or call me
